Dry 2. 5-layer membrane and an EMPEL PFC-free DWR treatment, we stay dry and protected all day. The half-length zippers make it easy to get in and out of the pants and also double as ventilation zips so we can let off heat. The cuffs feature a zippered closure to help conform the pants to our boots, while the ankle gaiters keep out the snow. The elastic suspenders are complimented by hook-and-loop adjustable straps, so we get the perfect fit, and an elastic rear waistband ensures a snug fit. A Zippered chest pocket stashes our quick-access items, and the two large zippered thigh pockets hold extra essentials.
