Product Details
The Patagonia Women’s Nano-Air Light Hybrid Hoody is an active-insulation jacket designed for high-output mountain activities where balancing warmth and breathability is essential. Built as a hybrid layer, it combines lightweight synthetic insulation in key areas with highly breathable stretch panels to regulate body temperature during sustained movement. The front panels and hood use 40-gram FullRange® synthetic insulation, which provides light warmth while remaining flexible and air-permeable. FullRange insulation is designed to stretch and breathe during activity, helping reduce the need to remove layers when moving quickly in cool conditions. This insulated section works together with a lightweight recycled polyester ripstop shell that offers moderate wind resistance and mobility. To improve ventilation, the jacket incorporates R1® Air fleece panels across the back, sides, and underarms. These areas allow excess heat and moisture to escape while maintaining stretch and comfort during climbing, ski touring, or hiking. This hybrid construction allows the jacket to provide insulation where it’s most useful while maximizing breathability in high-heat zones. The hoody features a streamlined, ergonomic fit that layers comfortably under a shell or can be worn as an outer layer in mild conditions. Lightweight materials and stretch construction allow the garment to move naturally with the body during dynamic movement. Overall, the Nano-Air Light Hybrid Hoody is intended for aerobic cold-weather pursuits where consistent temperature regulation and mobility are priorities.
